Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Cardiovascular Client Services Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage overall health of project with respect to quality, case completion, stability of team, and satisfaction of client, engaging appropriate support resources as needed
- Participate in partner meetings, from pre-orientation through post go-live
- Collaborate with Partner Experience Manager/Dedicated Advisor and Project Manager on partner implementations, establishing understanding of scope of work and partner expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A strong background in Cardiovascular is required
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, or a healthcare field
- Proven leadership experience that has made an impact on people management and operational process
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of team operations and client services
- Eagerness to maintain high levels of client satisfaction through management of staffing, workflow process and quality
