Job Summary

A provider of business process outsourcing is filling a position for a Remote Care Coordinator Lead in Eden Prairie.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing ongoing training of Care Management staff
• Providing procedural direction of Care Management staff
• Overseeing projects to enhance departmental development

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree or equivalent formal training program or 2 years experience
• 4 year Degree or equivalent formal training program or 4 years experience
• 5 years experience with claims and insurance contract interpretation
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to coordinate department's Practice Standards and Quality Assurance programs
