- Proven experience leading, developing, and implementing talent practices and programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior or related field
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Ability to effectively tell the story in building presentation materials
- Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS
