Job Summary
A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services is in need of a Remote Case Management Paralegal in Ridgefield Park.
Must be able to:
- Perform claim viability assessment
- Ensure sufficient proof that the client used the defective drug or device, sufficient proof of injury and sufficient proof of ongoing care or treatment
- Act as the most direct and frequent source of information about the litigation process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and work well with both attorneys and other support staff
- Experience can be at the administrative/legal assistant level
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
