Job Summary
A company that provides technology-enabled services for priority populations needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Case Manager Registered Nurse.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing both medical and behavioral health care of clients
- Using independent judgment and discretion to address, resolve, and process problems
- Seeking consultation from physicians, clinical and other disciplines and departments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasionally travel within the state
- Active RN licensure
- Graduated from a School of Nursing or College
- 2 years clinical experience in an acute-care setting and 1 year complex and/or case management
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
