Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Casualty Category Claims Senior Claims Adjuster.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving insurance claims; reports to Field Claims Supervisor
• Providing Ethical, Responsive, Personal and Efficient claim service
• Effectively managing workload while maintaining focus on claims quality and timely customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 7-10+ years claims adjusting experience in the insurance industry
• Adjusting skills commensurate with job responsibilities
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent business/industry experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and claims related software programs
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem solving
