Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Catastrophe Claims Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and being accountable for auto, property, and other claims operations member service employees
  • Developing engaged employees through regular coaching and feedback to deliver business results
  • Executing process improvements, providing feedback on the process and leading organizational process changes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required
  • 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience
  • 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency
  • 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience
  • Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills
