A national mortgage originator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CD Underwriting Manager and Director.

Must be able to:

• Promote high-quality performance
• Ensure that underwriting associates understand departmental goals
• Manage the workflow, procedures and appropriate training and education of the underwriting team

Qualifications for this position include:

• Mid to large team management experience
• Must have Direct Endorsement Certification
• Experience coaching and developing staff for bench strength
