Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote CEO Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule speaking engagements and conference presentations
  • Manage calendar and maintain contacts
  • Schedule internal and external meetings

Required Skills:

  • 2 years' experience working as an Assistant to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated expertise in anticipating and fulfilling the needs of a senior leader
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on short-term, deadline-driven tasks
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
