Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote CEO Executive Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Independently and proactively carrying out projects to completion
Making sure highest priorities or conflicting obligations are identified
Leading and managing complex calendar scheduling, set meetings, create agendas, and arrange travel

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree or proven experience
2-3 years of ongoing support to a CEO or founder
Proven experience in an administrative role at a tech company/startup, ideally for 5+ years
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Expertise in productivity tools including but not limited to G-Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and travel management tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders
