Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote CEO Executive Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Independently and proactively carrying out projects to completion
  • Making sure highest priorities or conflicting obligations are identified
  • Leading and managing complex calendar scheduling, set meetings, create agendas, and arrange travel

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or proven experience
  • 2-3 years of ongoing support to a CEO or founder
  • Proven experience in an administrative role at a tech company/startup, ideally for 5+ years
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Expertise in productivity tools including but not limited to G-Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and travel management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders
