Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Certified Coder in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

• Identify, collect, assess, monitor and document claims and encounter coding information
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of diagnosis codes
• Review medical record information to identify all appropriate coding

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of working as a medical coder
• Coding certification through AHIMA/ AAPC
• GED or High School Diploma
• Technically savvy
• Excellent written verbal and communication skills
• High speed internet with good service available at your home
