A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Certified Medical Billing Coder.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing billing cycle for accuracy
• Conducting audits and coding reviews
• Assigning and sequencing all codes for services rendered

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Up to 1 year experience with medical billing or applicable internship experience
• Basic understanding/knowledge of healthcare claims and payers
• Two year of medical billing coding experience
• Practical medical office experience or five years in a coder role
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
