Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Certified Medical Coder in Glendale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Abstract pertinent information from patient records
- Perform complex coding
- Obtain acceptable productivity/quality rates as defined per coding policy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentialed
- Coder obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Reg Health Info Admin credentialed
