Job Summary

An online education organization has a current position open for a Remote Certified Ohio Substitute School Counselor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Communicating with parents, students and teachers on a regular basis
• Reviewin transcripts and use those to determine appropriate student course placements
• Completing all grading, generate progress reports, and conduct parent conferences

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Highly qualified and certified to provide school counseling services in Ohio
• Understanding of IEP/504 plans and how they can be implemented in a virtual setting
• Microsoft OS- and Microsoft Office-equipped computer required
• Excellent attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational skills
• May not be employed in another job during normal school hours while on assignment
