Job Summary

A disease management company is seeking a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering patient questions, concerns, and address identified barriers to medication adherence
  • Completing services on patient's behalf, including refill and 90-day supply conversion requests
  • Using scripted communication prompts to reach, engage, and provide medication and condition education

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Actively Registered in good standing as a Pharmacy Technician in Texas
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (e.g. PTCB, NHA)
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2 years' experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare or retail pharmacy setting
  • Experience with common medical pharmacy terms and medications names
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft applications
