Job Summary

A healthcare services is seeking a Remote Certified Risk Adjustment Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assign appropriate ICD–10-CM codes
  • Map to risk adjustment models as applicable
  • Comply with HIPAA laws and regulations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • CRC, CPC, CCS - P certifications via AHIMA or AAPC
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified coder
  • Minimum 1 year of risk adjustment experience
  • Ability to code using an ICD-10-CM code book
  • Computer proficiency (including MS Windows, MS Office, and the Internet
  • Analytical skills plus written and oral communication skills
