A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Change Communications Senior Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as consultant for roll-out of major organizational shifts
- Creating clear and consistent internal communications
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field
- 5 years of employee communications or public relations experience
- Proven expertise in changing communications
- Adept at data and analytics to drive content and channel decisions
- Ability to independently plan, lead and implement multimedia communications projects
- Advanced skills using O365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
