Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Change Communications Senior Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as consultant for roll-out of major organizational shifts
  • Creating clear and consistent internal communications
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field
  • 5 years of employee communications or public relations experience
  • Proven expertise in changing communications
  • Adept at data and analytics to drive content and channel decisions
  • Ability to independently plan, lead and implement multimedia communications projects
  • Advanced skills using O365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
