Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Change Enablement Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Work as a trusted, internal consultant with project and business teams
  • Identify potential risks to change enablement plans and addresses risks as part of the plan
  • Anticipate areas of possible employee resistance to change and develops specific plans to mitigate concerns

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in change management roles with recent hands-on experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal, writing, presentation, meeting facilitation, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with and influencing senior leadership of an organization
  • Able to collaborate with and influence across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to identify root cause
