A financial services company is in need of a Remote Change Management Practitioner.

Must be able to:

• Ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans
• Maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

Position Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of change management experience
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Advanced Microsoft applications capabilities
• Proven capability to establish a change management workstream on a project
• Experienced with large-scale organizational and operational change management efforts
• Familiarity with project management approaches
