Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Change Management Specialist in Costa Mesa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping ensure that project teams integrate change management activities
- Engaging with leadership and key stakeholders
- Identifying effective change management strategy and coaching others on how to apply it
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 or more years of Change Management experience
- 3 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM projects
- Significant experience/familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience with change management theories
- Familiarity with project implementation approaches, tools, and phases of the lifecycle
