Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Change Management Specialist in Costa Mesa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping ensure that project teams integrate change management activities
  • Engaging with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Identifying effective change management strategy and coaching others on how to apply it

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of Change Management experience
  • 3 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM projects
  • Significant experience/familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with change management theories
  • Familiarity with project implementation approaches, tools, and phases of the lifecycle
