Job Summary
A for-profit health care organization is filling a position for a Remote Charge Entry Specialist in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive and review charge documents for accuracy
- Enter charges into practice management system
- Balance Charge Summary to tickets keyed before finalizing/updating charges
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year of coding, billing, and/or charge entry experience in the healthcare field
- Ability to assist with identifying quality issues with registration
- Ability to extract information from medical records
