Job Summary
A software development and cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chief of Staff.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being an advisor and thought partner to the SVP of Technology, operating on behalf of the SVP
- Steering significant, cross-functional projects and build consensus with senior leadership
- Managing department level OKRs to ensure deadlines are set and being achieved
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience working in startup, involving strategy and operations
- 2+ years of experience working within Engineering leadership and making strategic contributions to a scaling organization
- BA/BS in a related field (e.g Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
- Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp deep technical concepts and capable of speaking the language of Engineers
- Strong project management experience and skills
