Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Chief Operating Officer.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with other Leadership Team members in formulating strategic direction of core programs
- Set the vision for, recruit team, and ensure successful execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy
- Impelment cutting edge and innovative approaches to recruiting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years in leadership, operations, finance, strategy, and human resource roles
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Strength in analytics and performance metrics
- Deep exposure to entrepreneurial operations, non-profit human resources management and reporting, and support of international operations
- Experience overseeing benefit programs and claims: 401(k), medical, dental, STD, LTD, state level leave benefits, Life and Worker's Compensation
- Experience managing finance functions, developing budgets, designing management reporting tools, and exercising prudent resource management
