Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Claims Data Entry Specialist in Windsor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring and reporting on new claim inventory levels
• Responding to all e-mail and phone inquiries within 24 hours
• Responding to correction emails within required turnaround time

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Lotus Notes, Windows and Microsoft application
• Strong working knowledge of systems applications
• Ability to identify complex diagnoses and label these claims accordingly
• Ability to meet production goals on a consistent basis
• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and identify errors for correction
