Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Claims Data Entry Specialist in Windsor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and reporting on new claim inventory levels
- Responding to all e-mail and phone inquiries within 24 hours
- Responding to correction emails within required turnaround time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Lotus Notes, Windows and Microsoft application
- Strong working knowledge of systems applications
- Ability to identify complex diagnoses and label these claims accordingly
- Ability to meet production goals on a consistent basis
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and identify errors for correction
