Job Summary

An insurance agency has a current position open for a Remote Claims Examiner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle claims according to final orders
• Request and review police reports, medical examiner reports, and foreign death claim questionnaires
• Advise of claims status and responding to customer inquiries

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of insurance experience
• Previous experience with reading and interpreting insurance/legal contracts
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Independent judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong planning, organizational and follow-up skills
