Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Operations Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee external and internal audits to meet compliance standards
- Identify root causes of operational deficiencies and financial inconsistencies and offer solutions to remediate them
- Oversee internal claims compliance audits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years claims experience
- Proficiency in standard claims language
- Demonstrated investigative, decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to create reports on audit findings and provide feedback to team on the findings
- Ability to act as a liaison between the Claims department and the Compliance department to resolve system issues
