Job Summary
An insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Claims Training Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting preparation of daily training lesson plan and instruction materials, such as classroom handouts
- Consulting with management staff regarding the progress of the training class attendees
- Administering and evaluating training program tests and determine the eligibility of attendees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 years employee training experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years medical claims processing or related benefit administration industry experience
- Working remotely
