Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Protecting and growing existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies
- Ensuring team achieves client sales targets as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Maintaining leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in sales leadership or account management leadership
- Degree or equivalent work experience in sales or closely related business field
- Experience with Outreach / SFDC
- Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures
