Job Summary

A health innovation and digital marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Accounting Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Scan contracts for proper filing and upload client budgets in NetSuite/OpenAir
  • Process purchase orders upon request
  • Review project request forms for compliance and setup code in NetSuite/OpenAir

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in Billing Associate or Client Accounting Associate role/function
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Ability to maintain security of confidential information/conversations that impact the business
