Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Client Administration Liaison.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provides or facilitates regular client training to address trends or redundant problem areas with client
  • Manages onboarding of new correspondents
  • Provides support for ongoing customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 2 years mortgage industry experience
  • Loan Operations experience preferred
  • Professional phone and email demeanor required
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office products)
  • Experience with mortgage origination systems
