Job Summary

A social good cloud software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Proficiently and consistently resolving basic issues for all solutions within their solution group
  • Quickly identifying when issues are more complex and gathering appropriate information to triage to senior team members

Qualifications Include:

  • Familiar with KCS methodologies
  • Able to author knowledgebase content
  • Able to be available via phone, email, and live chat providing support to nonprofits partners
