Job Summary
A human resources consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Care Counselor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing telephonic clinical assessments, short term problem solving & referrals to EAP users across the country
- Conducting Problem Gambling assessments & referrals on several state-specific Problem Gambling Help Lines
- Tracking cases and assisting contracted affiliate counselors with inquiries regarding referrals
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or another clinical counseling field
- Excellent risk assessment skills, and an ability to adapt quickly to a client's changing needs
- Strong clinical judgment and an understanding of your responsibilities with confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and provide clinical behavioral health services
- Knowledge of Salesforce and to learn a proprietary case management system
- Empathic and excellent active listening skills and be passionate about helping others
