Job Summary

A trucking and transportation company. is filling a position for a Remote Client Operations Coordinator in Long Beach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working closely with the Client Operations Associates to coordinate scheduling of both warehouse and terminal appointments, while maintaining client expectations and SOPs.
• Flagging and escalating and trouble orders to the Client Operations Team and management
• Maintaining data accuracy across multiple platforms, ensuring that all orders are accounted for in their movements.

Qualifications Include:

• At least 1 year experience with customer interactions and communications
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with limited oversight
• Basic technical knowledge, can easily navigate a computer and learn new web based softwares quickly
• The ability to remain calm, think on your feet, and exercise sound judgement under pressure
