A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Client Operations Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a high performing team with clarity on roles and responsibilities within the Operations group
• Eliminate single point of failures and fragility within the team and our processes
• Mentor and guide team members on industry best practices

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare environment leading operations on credentialing or provider networks builds with accountability for business results
• Ability to lead and work with remote teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical tool experience using Google Workspace
