Job Summary

A computer hardware and services company is in need of a Remote Client Product Group Product Marketing HR Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with senior business leaders to both develop and implement the people strategy
• Deliver and execute Global COE talent management programs
• Serve as the primary HR interface for groups providing an integrated HR solution

Qualifications Include:

• Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience
• OR graduate degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Strategy Development, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and related areas
• Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies
• Strong client and leadership relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor and respond to HR and company metrics
