Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Liaison between Change Healthcare’s P2E healthcare payer clients
  • Support and foster the client relationship via clear and consistent communication
  • Work with various Change Healthcare departments in order to provide timely updates to the client

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimal travel expected
  • 3+ years of client support experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare/claims
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, min high school diploma or equivalent experience
