Job Summary

A staffing agency that works on behalf of women returning from maternity leaves is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist in Hinsdale.

Must be able to:

• Assist clients in ensuring that all required forms are fully completed
• Handle troubleshooting inquiries in regard to Web and Online issues
• Meet and assist onsite clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• 1+ years of experience in a client service environment or equivalent
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
