Job Summary
An analytics company is in need of a Remote Client Services Customer Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying, tracking and responding to client requests and feedback via the task management system
- Providing troubleshooting and resolutions with escalation of complex requests to SME
- Collaborating with colleagues on sales, editorial, marketing and IT teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with data management and/or customer service
- Fluency in all MS Office applications, with Excel expertise a priority
