Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is in need of a Remote Client Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing, developing, and delivering training programs to Client Service Managers
- Updating, enhancing and producing quality training materials
- Representing Client Services on project teams developing and deploying new products offerings or special projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position requires domestic travel of up to 15% of the time
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four (4) years of client services or related account management experience
- Candidates must be familiar with healthcare related state and government regulations such as Medicaid, CMS, etc. Project Management, Requirements Gathering
- Proven ability to effectively to train staff experience is required
- Must be exceptionally consultative face to face with clients
