Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Client Services Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to large accounts
• Being responsible and accountable for ensuring that the costs/expenses of managing clients are aligned
• Being accountable for driving value of our products and solutions within the assigned customer’s account

Required Skills:

• Travel up to 25% is required
• Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 7 years of health care industry experience with a health plan, TPA, or vendors of data analytics
• A minimum of 5 years of successful client/program management
• Demonstrated experience managing the deliverables of a large client
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Deep knowledge of Project Management
