Job Summary

33Vincent is looking for a charismatic self-starter to fill the role of Client Success Accounts Manager. The 33V Client Success Accounts Manager (CSAM) will work closely with the CEO, Director of Client Success (DCS), and Director of Communications to convert leads into clients, establish appropriate client expectations for the 33Vincent experience, and expertly manage the client referral pipeline and the client's onboarding experience.

As a Client Success Accounts Manager extraordinaire, you should be proactive, innovative, have a deep knowledge and confidence in the 33Vincent model and services, be able to close a deal with interested prospects, be a sophisticated collaborator, and have stellar communication skills. A true rockstar in this role will be able to identify creative opportunities for sales and marketing outreach, be well-versed in the latest news and competition in the virtual assistant industry, generate prospect excitement about 33Vincent support opportunities, work to support 33Vincent revenue growth and goal metrics by converting new clients, and be flexible to the changing needs of our organization.

To execute efficiently in this role, the Client Success Accounts Manager will update the Sales to Client flow pipeline, identify actionable ways to streamline the process, and ensure the future EA has what they need to effectively service each specific client.

In its current scope, we expect this role to take 20 hours/week with potential for growth. This position reports to the Director of Client Success.
