Job Summary

A healthcare and research firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage key enterprise clients, ensuring excellent client satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy to expand the account
  • Lead the Key Account onboarding process, ensuring that internal resources are allocated as needed for a flawless execution and utilization of product
  • Identify client’s needs, business goals and technology strategy and mobilizes internal resources to provide needed solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • OR equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • Track record of having driven high client satisfaction rates with client engagement and personal communication style
  • 5+ years of managing key enterprise strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to provide customer service to large Enterprise accounts
