A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant, advocate, and main point of contact for partners and clients
- Work with clients to execute renewals and establish opportunities for growth
- Recognize opportunities to help clients and channel partners grow and increase their value
Position Requirements Include:
- Project management experience
- 3+ years experience in account management, customer service, customer SaaS training, or related field
- Experience using Salesforce
- Solution-focused sales experience with a curious yet consultative approach to relationship building and problem-solving
- Successfully managed a client book of business
