Job Summary

An employee benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the day-to-day communications for approximately 85 enterprise accounts
  • Acting as the main liaison for all of their products and services from the company
  • Providing demos, trainings and collateral to new client POCs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to retain accounts, build relationships, and devise innovative client solutions
  • Strategic mindset and a knack for drawing conclusions
  • High emotional intelligence and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to client communication
  • Ability to multitask well
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
