Job Summary
An employee benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day-to-day communications for approximately 85 enterprise accounts
- Acting as the main liaison for all of their products and services from the company
- Providing demos, trainings and collateral to new client POCs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Proven ability to retain accounts, build relationships, and devise innovative client solutions
- Strategic mindset and a knack for drawing conclusions
- High emotional intelligence and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to client communication
- Ability to multitask well
- Strong communication and presentation skills
