Job Summary

A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Client Success Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Own the Client Success technology stack, selecting the tooling and operational workflows required to optimize processes and deliver client engagement at scale
  • Drive effectiveness of Client Success KPIs across all functions
  • Lead large scale Client Success projects to completion as prioritized by Client Success leadership

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BS Degree or Higher Required
  • 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience in a client success operations, strategy and/or client success leadership role, preferably within the B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or similar
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and drive consensus with stakeholders at all levels, and across multiple geographies
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to act as a results driven independent thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
