Job Summary
A marketing company that offers solutions for offline retailers. is in need of a Remote Client Support Specialist in Scottsdale.
Must be able to:
- Respond and efficiently resolve Customer Support inquiries via multiple communication channels (inbound phone, email, and chat)
- Troubleshoot router complexities
- Share UI/product feedback on enhancements to make for a better user experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2+ years experience in a customer support/customer service role, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators
- Familiarity with conventional software, like Salesforce and Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- General technical aptitude in learning multiple web-based applications for day to day use
