Job Summary

An information management company is in need of a Remote Client Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent client support through verbal and written communication
  • Providing consultation, training and support to the client
  • Communicating progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years Customer Service experience in banking or financial services
  • Past experience in General Ledger/ACH reconciliation
  • Highly motivated to execute on deliverables on time
