Job Summary

An information management and electronic commerce systems company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing consultation, training and support to clients
  • Understanding and managing client expectations
  • Supporting clients utilizing our products and services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimal travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience accompanied with a High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 + years’ experience in financial industry field
  • Be able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature
  • Past experience in an analytical and customer facing role
  • Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application experience and Microsoft SQL Server experience
