Job Summary
A research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Climate and Energy Technology Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting projects with federal and state agencies
- Conducting research and analyses of climate change mitigation and clean energy
- Supporting projects in both domestic and international environments.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Position is telecommute for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19
- BA/BS with 3 - 5 years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background in environmental policy, environmental engineering, or other related field
- Understanding of climate change mitigation and energy technologies
- Knowledge of models and tools used for climate change mitigation or clean energy analyses
- Excellent quantitative skills, including expertise with Excel, Access, R, and/or ArcGIS
