Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for other team members
- Managing the intake of members or the admission/discharge information post notification
- Working with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure if applicable
